Hadas is an associate and partner in the firm’s Commercial Law Department.
Hadas represents international and Israeli clients, including hi-tech companies in all phases of their development, venture capital funds, private equity funds and individual investors in investments, M&A transactions, joint ventures, commercial transactions and private offerings, on such matters as fundraising, establishment and commercial negotiations, inter alia.
