Overview And Experience
Maureen advises on a variety of financing transactions with a focus on real estate finance.
She regularly advises borrowers on development finance, investment finance and refinances in respect of various property types including industrial units, hotels, science parks, offices, PRS and mixed use spaces. She often acts for high net worth individuals in connection with the acquisition financing or refinancing of prime and super-prime residential properties, and has experience of acting for both on-shore and off-shore structures.
Maureen advises on a wide range of loan and security arrangements, including in relation to lower value lending matters between individuals and providing independent legal advice on personal guarantees.
Maureen advises and specializes in large business commercial transactions worldwide, contract drafting, negotiations in different fields such as intellectual property matters, supply and purchase agreements, cooperation agreements, development and license agreements, etc. Maureen also has extensive experience in corporate matters, M&A transactions, business litigation worldwide and as a company secretary. Prior to joining Gazit, Maureen served as a General Counsel and a Senior Legal Counsel in various large private and governmental companies.
